Study assistance

Be sure to explore the options below to get help in paying for your postgraduate education.

FEE-HELP

Students who attend UniSC can get a FEE-HELP loan to pay all or part of tuition fees.

Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs)

UniSC’s Master of Cyber Security and Forensics program has a limited number of CSPs available for eligible students. A CSP is a subsidy from the government to pay part of your tuition fees — you don’t have to pay it back. This subsidy does not cover the entire cost of your study. Students must pay the rest, called the ‘student contribution amount’.

HECS-HELP

If you are approved for a CSP but need help in covering your student contribution amount, you can get a HECS-HELP loan. You can only get a HECS-HELP loan if you are enrolled in a Commonwealth-supported place

Employer assistance

There is a chance that your employer has an Employee Education Assistance Policy (EEAP) that could help you cover the costs of postgraduate study. While most EEAPs won’t cover all of your costs, they could help with a substantial percentage.
